Two-factor Authentication

Each user account can be governed with two-factor authentication (2FA) and strong password enforcement. Admins can set the required passcode strength level, and enforce 2FA for all your users.

Encrypted Network Traffic

Network traffic is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Encryption for data at rest and in flight is automated and secured. Rest assured knowing your most important data is safely secured at all times.

Access Rights Clearance

Strict access rights clearance with 2FA authentication to any customer data for internal staff (that is regularly reviewed in accordance with ISO 27001 standards). No third party vendor can gain access to user accounts.

AI Endpoint Monitoring

We utilize AI endpoint monitoring. All computers, i.e. endpoints of Detrack, are protected by anti-virus software and monitored 24/7 by endpoint threat response system (powered by AI).

Secured Development

Detrack has a development workflow in compliance with stringent control standards such as the ISO 27001, including mandatory code scanning for quality and code security. Developer codes go through multi levels of approval, including the Amazon Managed Service team before being deployed.

Strict Privacy Policy

Detrack has a strict data privacy policy and we do not access our customers’ data (unless authorized and given access to the account in order to troubleshoot or assist with support). Regular Privacy Training

We understand the importance of the strength of a team to protect our users’ data. Annual security awareness and personal data protection (PDPA, GDPR) training is conducted for all Detrack staff, to ensure all staff are trained to detect phishing attempts, and fully aware of the up-to-date best data protection practices. Data Deletion

Data is immediately deleted once a user terminates their account. Deleted data will be archived in temporary storage for the next 30 days before it will be permanently deleted from our servers with no backup records. Refer to our data retention schedule.

Mask Personal Data

We developed features to mask personal data for delivery tracking, and help you comply with data protection regulations. Get to know your Detrack dashboard to understand what the appropriate settings will be. Getting the settings right prevents you from exposing your customers’ personal information through delivery tracking links.

HIPAA Compliance
