Color brings me joy in a way that I can only explain by doing—pairing unexpected combinations or creating the just-right-shade. It’s a process that takes time and patience. At times I drive my fabric dyers crazy but that’s usually when I know I’ve succeeded.

We find inspiration everywhere. From art and nature to the most unexpected places like a waterpark during off-season or a children’s sensory playground.

Color is an experience and I love making something that allows that to happen for people—even if they don’t always know that it’s color evoking a feeling or mood.
